What power plug do you supply ?

We are Firestone Audio EUROPE and we supply all devices with EUROPEAN power cables, for the country we ship to. Although in the marketing pictures you see USA cables, we will ship you a European power cable that you can just plug in your 220V/230V AC (50Hz) Wall socket. So relax ! You can use the equipment right out of the box.

How much is the shipping cost ?

The shipping cost to your country is listed when you are making your order on-line. Please don't worry about this, because BEFORE you make your order FINAL, you can still decide to cancel the process. So you are never stuck with cost that you do not want. The shipping cost that we charge is actually not even "cost" but lower. We take a piece of the cost for our account. We hope this makes it easier for you to buy our equipment.

You can return a product within 14 days after receipt.
