Details like low-jitter recovered DA conversion, selectable re-sampling frequencies, and digital volume control, are moving this amplifier way above traditional analog systems.
They Rubby amp offers most needed digital connectivity, like USB, S/PDIF Coaxial and Optical and professional grade AES/EBU via XLR. Also there is a single Line-In at the back to make connection to analog sources like Tape Deck, Tuner, iPod and MP3. The high power efficiency (Class D) make sure that Rubby can run for many hours without getting excessively hot or consume a lot of power. The 50 watt output is seriously capable of pushing speakers with high impedance. This is a tough little amplifier!
