All Firestone Audio Products are covered by 2 year warrantee after invoice date.

If your product is not functioning correctly, please contact PIMZOS service department and follow our RMA procedure.
Firestone Audio is the only authorized service agent for Firestone products.
If the unit is modified by any person other than Firestone Audio authorized personnel, this will void warranty. Warranty only covers damage occurred during normal usage. The warranty doesn't cover damage due to accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse or failure to follow instructions of operation.

Return Policy
With Firestone Audio Europe, you can return or swap a product within 14 days after you have received it.
Returns are only accepted after contacting us to get a RMA number. You can do this here
Return is only possible when the product is in absolute brand new state, fully working and without any damages or scratches. This is evaluated by us after receipt of your product.
Also the housing of the Firestone product may not have been opened by you. (we can see this)
Very important is that the retail packing of the product must be in original new condition. Therefore be sure to store the original retail packing with all little plastic bags, cable-binders, manuals, warrantee cards, etc. When you return your device make sure you do not use the retail packing as shipment carton. Tip : keep the carton box that we used to ship to you, then you can use this.
The shipping cost for return is for buyer.
The risk during shipping is for buyer.
